All the staff was genuinely helpful, tackled my issues. I was given triple room with cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and tea and coffee making equipment. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were big.

Loved our rooms with a/c. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were available. The location was excellent for traveling around Riva del Garda, near to a quiet area, what is perfect after the whole day of exploration, the lake, and the centre.
